We want your experience with MyGoodGreetings.com to be great from start to finish. Below, please find the answers to some frequently asked questions that might be helpful. People choose our products for three main reasons… our designs, our customization features and our commitment to high quality green products. We design and own all of the designs you see here – you won’t find them anywhere else. MyGoodGreetings.com makes it easy to upload your photo and text and allows you to preview what you’ve created before ordering. And finally, ALL of our products are printed earth-friendly on recycled papers that adhere to strict environmental standards. We've made the greenest choices possible from printing to packaging and delivery. You can celebrate and share life’s special moments and feel great knowing you’ve made a good choice for the environment.
It’s easy. Just pick the card that you like best for your occasion. Click on the "customize this card" button to personalize it with your photo(s) and text. Next you’ll see a preview of what you created. You can always go back and make adjustments before approving and proceeding to checkout. Then we’ll digitally print, inspect and deliver your order. It's as easy as that!
Use your original high-resolution photos (300 dpi) in JPEG format. A minimum size of 1500 x 1050 is required. If you submit a photo that’s too small you’ll get an alert asking for a larger image. Generally it’s best to set your digital camera to its’ highest setting for photos you intend to print. Make sure to upload the original high-resolution image and not the low-resolution version that you see on photo gallery sites such as Snapfish, Shutterfly and Kodak Gallery. Also, it's best not to crop your photos beforehand. You can zoom in or out and move the photo around within the photo space in our own online photo editor. If you crop your photo beforehand, you will not have as much flexibility within the built-in photo editor.
If your photo(s) won't load into our online photo editor, check the size of your photo(s). If they are too large in file size (over 5MB) or too small in size (less than 1500 x 1050 pixels) you may get an error. Try downsizing your photo's file size in a photo editing software if your file size is over 5MB. Also, we have seen some errors with certain versions of Internet Explorer. If you have an older version of Internet Explorer you may want to try updating to the newest version. Or try another internet browser such as Firefox. If you still cannot upload your photos, please call customer service at 800-658-1547. We will be happy to create your card for you and send a proof to your email address.
A note on your photo's file size: We require a minimum of 1500 x 1050 pixels in size for a reason. This is the minimum size that will print well on our cards. If your photo's file size is smaller, you will risk the chance of your photo appearing grainy or blurry once printed. It will be close but because of different browsers and monitor settings, your printed items may vary slightly in color from what you see on screen. Printed cards may appear slightly darker than the proof/preview viewed on your back-lit computer screen.
At the final preview stage, there is a box where you can enter any special notes or needs to our designers. Each card is inspected for quality, alignment, typos etc. before going to print. We'll read your instructions and make the changes you request. A final proof of your card will be sent to your email shortly after your order is place.
No. Your card will not be printed if anything looks odd. We carefully inspect every order before having it printed and will make the necessary corrections. If you would like a final proof sent to your email address, please request it in the "Special Instructions" box at the final preview stage. You can also call us at 1-800-658-1547 to discuss any concerns you may have with your card preview. We're always happy to help.
We highly recommend that you DO NOT do this. Our inks and papers are specifically chosen for our professional presses and are heat sensitive. Running our printed cards through your own desktop printer may cause the ink to smear and may RUIN your desktop printer. Any customization is included in the price and we're always happy to help you format your cards. Let us do the printing for you!
Yes. 100% recycled envelopes are included with the price for every card. We’ll also include one extra envelope for every 25 cards order just in case you make a mistake addressing them.
A very small recycled logo, our company name and the recycling content of the paper stock is printed in small print at the bottom of the back of each card.
At this time we don’t offer envelope printing, however you can purchase matching address labels for most of our cards.
Yes. If you see a design you love but want a different color scheme or modification, simply make your request during the order process in the “special instructions” field. We’ll try to accommodate your request and will email you a final proof for your approval or send you an email explaining why we can’t. Please include the easiest phone number to contact you in case we need to discuss your order.

My Good Greetings only allows one coupon/promo code per order. Please feel free to use the coupon/promo code that gives you the biggest discount.
Rest assured you are on a secure site. When you submit your personal financial information you will see a yellow lock or an unbroken key (depending upon your browser) in the lower left-hand corner of your browser and when you are in the secured area of the site the first characters of the address line will change from "http" to "https". If it makes you more comfortable, you can also order by phone: 1-800-658-1547.
Yes. There is currently an additional 20¢ postage fee for square envelopes (5.25" x 5.25"). Since this is subject to change, please check with your local post office before mailing.
Almost all orders will be ready to ship in 3 to 4 business days.
We are pleased to announce that we have recently changed our shipping service to USPS making one more green decision. The postman is already coming to your neighborhood anyway, why not have him/her deliver your MyGoodGreetings cards as well- thus reducing delivery emissions. Orders are sent via United States Post Office (USPS) from Hayden, Idaho. Orders sent Ground can take 3-4 shipping days depending upon your proximity. You can also choose Express Guaranteed 1-2 day service for an additional charge. Once your order has shipped we will email the label/tracking number so you can check the status on the USPS website. You’re price at check out will be calculated based on your location and type of shipping you choose.
Yes! We are thrilled to announce that MyGoodGreetings now ships to Canada. During the checkout process select Canada as your country to continue with International Shipping. Our international shipping is 3-7 days.
Orders shipped to locations in Washington State are subject to local sales tax which will be shown during check out.

If there are any errors or misprints in your order that are the fault of MyGoodGreetings.com, we will reprint your order promptly and reship it to you at no additional charge.
Although we attempt to proofread every order, we do not guarantee that we will catch every error. We strongly urge that you carefully proof all text and photos while placing your order. We cannot issue refunds or accept returns on custom printed products due to customer error such as typos, omissions, or changed dates, name misspelling etc.
Though we attempt to make your photos look the best we can, we cannot accept returns based on poor photo quality provided by the customer. Please make sure your photos meet our minimum resolution size requirement of 1500 x 1050. The better quality the photo, the better it will appear once printed.
Also, please be sure to read through the product description page to ensure you making the right purchase decision. We cannot offer refunds based on customer negligence in reading the product description. All of our cards are printed on high quality, 100% recycled, 95# matte card stock (not glossy paper). The recycled content, along with our web address, is printed in very small print on the back of each card.
If for whatever reason your order cannot be reprinted, and the error is ours, we will refund your money. You will be required to return the order in its original form and packaging. Please note that MyGoodGreetings reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet the criteria.
