A very popular baby shower theme is the Onesie Baby Shower. If the mommy-to-be is leaving babies gender a surprise, a good color scheme is bright yellow and green. This theme lends itself very well to an outdoor or patio shower- think daffodils and green grass with yellow and green pendants hanging in the spring breeze. Here are some photos for inspiration.
